Choir School is looking for Counsellors and Counsellors-in-Training (CITs) aged 16+ who are enthusiastic, responsible, and ready to lead by example. Staff help supervise the youth program, support daily activities, and foster a positive camp environment. A love of music and a passion for encouraging young singers are key.

Job Descriptions:

Counsellor – 

Overview: Guide and support campers to ensure a safe, fun, and enriching camp experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise campers during all activities, meals, and downtime.

• Support music rehearsals and other camp programs.​

• Foster a positive, inclusive environment.

• Help staff members with tasks.

Qualifications: Experience with youth, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for music and camp life.

Counsellor-in-Training (CIT) -

Overview: Support counsellors while learning leadership and camp supervision skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with camper supervision and activities.

• Help with setup, cleanup, and activity support.

• Model positive behaviour and teamwork.

Qualifications: Interest in music or youth mentorship, willing to learn, energetic and responsible.
